How it is calculated

Names are trimmed; rows with a blank name or a non-numeric value are dropped.
Each row counts as one transaction, so duplicate values count separately.
RSF = Max 1 ÷ Max 2. It is not calculable with fewer than 2 transactions or when Max 2 is zero.
Results are sorted by RSF, highest first; non-calculable customers go last.
The downloaded workbook has two sheets: Cleaned Input Data and RSF Results.
